Job summary

Human Rights Funders Network (HRFN) is seeking a savvy, creative leader to head membership and reshape our global membership strategy. You will work closely with the Program Associate and HRFN team to align systems like Salesforce and annual renewals with our goals for inviting and retaining a diverse, ~85-organization membership across 30 countries.

• Problem solver with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable managing member relationships including with foundation leadership.
• Ability to establish robust systems for organizing and implementing membership work.

• Head the membership function and lead strategy for a diverse community of ~85 dues-paying organizations.
• Reshape and implement HRFN’s membership strategy in collaboration with the Program Associate and team.
