The role partners with Global Medical Leads and Global Medical Directors across the Solid Tumor portfolio to drive medical plans from strategy through execution. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines, risks, and governance to keep initiatives aligned with medical strategy and objectives.
Qualifications
Significant program/project management experience within Medical Affairs in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
Experience supporting global Medical Affairs teams and global medical planning.
Strong understanding of cross-functional operations with Clinical Development, Commercial, HEOR, Publications/Medical Communications and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Serve as strategic program management partner to Global Medical Leads and Global Medical Directors across the Solid Tumor portfolio.
Lead and coordinate global medical plans from strategy through execution, translating strategies into clear priorities, deliverables, timelines, and actions.
Program-manage cross-functional Global Medical Teams, partnering across Medical Affairs, Medical Communications/Publications, HEOR, Clinical Development, Commercial, and other key functions.
Establish and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, action items, and decision points.
