Job summary

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Manager of Global Medical Information to lead global Medical Information activities, ensuring accurate, balanced, and timely medical information for HCPs, patients, and payers. This role develops scientific content, oversees vendor performance, and partners with multiple internal teams to enable safe, compliant information flow.

The position supports a hybrid work model with on-site presence required Tuesday through Thursday, and involves strategic

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Medical Information, including reviewing complex scientific content and overseeing Medical Information activities.
• Advanced degree in health sciences preferred (PharmD/PhD); candidates with RN/RPh/PA/NP may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical product knowledge in response to medical inquiries from external and internal customers.
• Respond promptly with accurate verbal and written responses to inquiries from HCPs, payers, and managed care organizations.
• Oversee Medical Information vendor activities, including monitoring service quality and escalation handling.
• Train and supervise Medical Information Managers for content accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee creation, review, and lifecycle management of Medical Information content and resources.
• Analyze reports to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMRC, SRC, QA, PV, Regulatory) to ensure scientifically balanced information.
