Job summary

Sanofi Inc. seeks a senior Medical Communications/Medical Education leader to develop and execute plans for dupilumab, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality medical communications resources on time and within budget.

You will design global education programs, manage internal/external reviews, and establish partnerships with KOLs while ensuring regulatory compliance and stakeholder alignment. This role is onsite at our Cambridge, MA site with global impact.

Qualifications

• Advance degree in life sciences or pharmaceutical sciences (PhD, PharmD, MD)
• Experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
• Track record in scientific communications/medical education
• Familiarity with content review systems (Veeva/Promomats/4M) is preferred
• Vendor, project timeline, and budget management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional medical communication/education planning efforts
• Develop scientifically balanced communication points for internal and external medical education
• Ensure delivery of high-quality medical communications resources within timelines and budgets
• Develop global medical education plans based on strategy and gaps
• Design educational content for live and digital education programs and tools
• Establish relationships with KOLs involved in medical education
• Forecast annual med com/education budgets and manage agency contracts and reconciliations
• Communicate status of plans and activities to stakeholders
