Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. in Exton, PA is seeking a Manager of Global Supply Planning, Medical Device, to oversee end-to-end planning across a global manufacturing network. The role requires strong leadership and collaboration with Commercial, Product Management and Demand Planning to ensure service levels and supply feasibility.

The position is hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote). A Bachelor's degree is required with 8–10 years of supply chain experience in a regulated environment;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
• Master’s Degree in SCM preferred.
• APICS Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial, Customer Service, Product Management, Demand Planning and translate strategic supply plans into operational supply plans.
• Execute inventory strategies/models for complex global supply chain networks and implement recommendations.
• Ensure execution of stocking and planning levels for the network in alignment with financial goals.
• Establish product supply across the global network for products within policy guidance and lifecycle considerations.
• Lead supply chain activity for new product introduction planning.
• Develop and maintain risk/contingency plans for the supply chain network and drive mitigation.
• Support large-scale global crisis or supply disruption and allocation scenarios.
• Contribute to strategic information for customer interactions and commercial decisions.
