You will oversee global publication planning, coordinate with cross-functional teams, engage with professional societies, and drive evidence generation alignment. Travel up to 25% and base pay 170k–234k with bonus options.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years in Medical Affairs or related function.
• Strong understanding of clinical development and evidence generation.
• Experience with scientific communications and external engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global scientific communications across publications, congress deliverables, and digital platforms.
• Develop and implement global publication strategies aligned with Medical Affairs objectives.
• Coordinate development, review, and delivery of scientific outputs with governance.
• Operationalize a global publication planning process with timelines and milestones.
• Ensure knowledge management and content sharing via internal platforms.
• Engage internal stakeholders to align priorities for deliverables.
