Bausch Health is seeking a Senior Director of Medical Affairs for GI & Hepatology in Bridgewater, NJ. You will shape the global medical strategy, lead cross-functional medical teams, and ensure evidence generation and publication plans across product lifecycles.

As a senior medical leader, you’ll partner with HEOR, R&D, Commercial, Market Access, and Regulatory, guiding strategic medical activities and global launch readiness.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree required (MD, PharmD, PhD or equivalent). Gastroenterology or Hepatology experience preferred.
• 15+ years in Medical Affairs within a global or regional context.
• Multilingual proficiency (English required; additional languages a plus).

Responsibilities

• Develop global medical TA strategy aligned with corporate priorities.
• Lead TA Medical teams: recruitment, performance, development, retention.
• Create Integrated Evidence Plans with HEOR/R&D and cross-functional partners.
