Bausch Health Companies Inc. in Bridgewater, New Jersey, seeks a Senior Medical Director, Global Medical Affairs, GI & Hepatology to shape and execute the global medical strategy across the portfolio.

You will lead talent, develop Integrated Evidence Plans, and support launches with HEOR, R&D, and regulatory teams to ensure scientific credibility and patient focus while maintaining governance. Travel domestically and internationally, build partnerships with KOLs, payers, and regulators to drive

Qualificações

• MD, PharmD, PhD or equivalent required.
• 15+ years in Medical Affairs within global or regional roles.
• Multilingual; English required; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven experience leading global medical strategy and launches.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and governance capabilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee the global medical TA strategy for the therapeutic areas.
• Leads talent management for the TA Medical teams, including recruitment and retention.
• Develop Integrated Evidence Plans (IEP) with HEOR and R&D and cross-functional teams.
• Lead global launch readiness activities with emphasis on U.S. launches.
• Establish scientific communication platforms and publication strategies with KOLs.
• Oversee global publication plans, congress strategy, and medical boards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align medical strategies with priorities.
• Support Business Development with expert scientific insights.
• Ensure governance and compliance with PhRMA, EFPIA, IFPMA and internal review processes.
