Job summary

You will coordinate vendor management, budgets, grant workflows, and study governance; oversee publications; develop tools and dashboards; ensure GCP/SOP compliance and cross-functional collaboration, with light travel and a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years in Medical Affairs Operations,Clinical Operations, or related healthcare roles.
• Experience with IIS, post-market studies, grants, vendor management, and financial tracking.
• Preferred: global Medical & Clinical Affairs support experience; minimal travel (~15%), hybrid office schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor management, financial tracking, grant workflows, and study governance.
• Oversee publications processes.
• Develop and maintain operational tools, dashboards, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Support Sunshine/Open Payments reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage logistics for meetings and conferences.
