Summit Therapeutics Inc. in New Jersey seeks a Director of Medical Affairs Operations to lead the global function, aligning operations with Medical Affairs strategy across regions.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Clinical Development to ensure compliant, scalable processes and efficient sponsor activities. You will drive vendor management, budgeting, dashboards, and launch readiness while building a high-performing global team and advancing strategic initiatives in

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Advanced degree (MS, MBA, MPH, PharmD, or equivalent) preferred.
• 10+ years in Medical Affairs Ops, Clinical Ops, or related pharma functions.
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
• Oncology experience strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting US and international Medical Affairs.
• Experience supporting pre-launch and launch-stage programs.
• Vendor relationships, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives.

• Lead global Medical Affairs Operations and governance across regions.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Finance, Clinical Development, and vendors.
• Ensure compliant, efficient execution of congress sponsorships and advisory boards.
• Oversee vendor strategy, contracting, budgets, and invoicing reconciliation.
• Provide oversight for congress, advisory boards, and scientific engagement ops.
• Establish standardized planning processes and metrics.
• Ensure FMV compliance and Sunshine Act reporting readiness.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs with IT/Digital teams.
• Support annual planning, budgeting, and launch readiness.
