Summit Therapeutics Inc. is seeking a Medical Director with hematology/oncology product development experience to lead medical affairs and clinical development. You will oversee clinical programs, engage external investigators, and coordinate with regulatory bodies to advance Summit medicines.

Qualifications

• Board certified or eligible MD with hematology/oncology product development.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical, biologics, or biotech R&D.
• Knowledge of clinical development pathways for hematology/oncology therapeutics in the US and EMA.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work across cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
• Proficient with MS Office and document management systems.

Responsabilités

• Significant Oncology experience to apply to strategy and clinical development.
• Work cross-functionally to develop product strategy in multiple indications.
• Lead clinical development programs to support BLA approvals.
• Direct clinical trials across phases 1-3 and ensure milestones.
• Contribute to publications, posters, and scientific communications.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions to FDA, EMA, PMDA, and partners.
• Present to regulators, investigators, and conference attendees.
