Job Summary

The Global Medical Affairs Leader (GMAL), Bispecific Antibody, will oversee clinical-commercial optimization, asset development, and lifecycle management strategies. This role involves partnering with various teams to develop integrated global medical strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop medical affairs strategies for the compound based on regional needs and global objectives.
  2. Maintain open communication with regional medical teams.
  3. Lead internal training strategies for market access and medical teams.
  4. Oversee global publication planning, including manuscripts, abstracts, and speaker development.
  5. Review manuscripts for strategic alignment and effective communication.
  6. Ensure compliance with Johnson & Johnson principles and regulations.
  7. Coordinate medical symposia, congress activities, and educational materials.
  8. Manage opinion leader relations and advisory boards.
  9. Review Medical Information Core Responses for new products.
  10. Participate in safety, development, and commercial teams as needed.
  11. Provide medical input for market and health outcomes research.
Qualifications
  • Advanced scientific/medical degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, MPH, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 in Medical Affairs and global experience.
  • Experience in multiple myeloma and global product launches preferred.
  • Strong networking skills with medical experts in multiple myeloma.
  • Ability to work in a matrix, cross-cultural environment.
  • Knowledge of clinical methodology and data analysis preferred.
  • Proven leadership in matrixed teams and strategic relationship management.
  • Ethical decision-making and ability to travel internationally (minimum 20%).
