Job Description:

The Global Medical Affairs Leader (GMAL), Bispecific Antibody, will be responsible for leading aspects of the clinical-commercial optimization for asset development and lifecycle management strategies. This role involves partnering with various teams to develop integrated global medical affairs strategies and plans.

Responsibilities include developing medical affairs strategies based on regional needs, collaborating with regional medical teams, overseeing publication plans, ensuring compliance, managing medical education and opinion leader relations, and providing medical input into research activities.

Qualifications include an advanced scientific/medical degree, a minimum of 8 years relevant experience, including at least 3 years in Medical Affairs with global experience, and specific expertise in multiple myeloma and global launches preferred. Ability to work in a matrix environment and a global mindset are essential.

The position offers a competitive performance-based compensation, with an anticipated base pay range of $160,000 - $276,000, and requires at least 20% international travel.
