Centessa Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director, Global Medical Affairs to lead the global medical strategy for its orexin program. This remote US role focuses on launch readiness, scientific leadership, evidence generation, and cross‑functional partnership with commercial, market access, regulatory, and development teams.

Qualifications
- Advanced degree required in scientific/clinical field.
- 10+ years in Medical Affairs leadership; global experience preferred.
- Experience leading at least one global launch; collaboration across functions.
- Experience in neuroscience, sleep medicine, neurology, psychiatry, or rare diseases is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead global medical strategy and tactical execution for cleminorexton.
- Serve as Global Medical Affairs Lead and core member of asset team.
- Align medical strategy with clinical milestones and commercialization plans.
- Develop long-range medical affairs plans for regulatory approvals and lifecycle management.
- Partner with commercial, market access, HEOR, regulatory, and regional teams on launch strategies.
- Provide medical review and guidance for externally facing materials.
