Job summary

Just Global is seeking a Director, Media (Fixed-Term) to lead global media strategy across a select group of accounts, collaborating with Strategy and Client Services to shape omnichannel paid media programs and ensure a thoughtful customer journey.

You will mentor teams, deliver insights, and guide investment strategy, with extensive experience in digital marketing, B2B media, and international leadership.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in a digital marketing environment, agency and/or client experience.
• 5+ years' experience in strategy and planning of B2B media campaigns.
• 6+ years' experience managing a team of direct reports.
• 2+ years of international and/or cross-regional experience.
• 2+ years experience designing and leading B2B media strategy across multiple teams and functions globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead global media strategy development, from campaign planning to client recommendations across a select group of accounts.
• Work with Strategy to develop omnichannel and digital strategies for global client briefs.
• Mentor and manage a team, ensuring best practices and cross-regional collaboration.
• Build strong relationships with client service leads and regional leadership to align timelines and plans.
• Oversee activation inputs and optimization throughout campaign life cycle to meet goals.
