Qualifications

• Minimum BE / BTech / BS in Thermal, Material Science, Mechanical or Industrial Engg with 6–10 years Sourcing/Manufacturing/Engineering experience.
• Global procurement experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides expertise across Mechanical and/or Thermal commodities, aligning internal objectives with external realities to maximize efficiencies.
• Develops supplier strategies and shortlists AVL; negotiates NDAs, MPA, SoW and Joint Development Agreements.
• Scores and reviews suppliers with executives; leads annual cost-reduction negotiations.
