Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an expert Supply Chain & Operations professional to lead complex sourcing and demand/supply management initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive analytics, and optimize processes across the supply chain lifecycle.

The role emphasizes strategic sourcing programs, data-driven decision making, and stakeholder engagement, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring ~2 days per week at an HPE office.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of supply chain processes.
• Identifies cutting edge analytical tools, models and methods for making key business decisions.
• Strong analytics background with extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, statistical analysis and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Leads a broad range of complex supply chain processes, such as supplier selection, onboarding, collaboration and management, supplier negotiation and costing, contract management.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and leads/develops recommendations for management.
• Collaborate with Commodity Management and Manufacturing Operations teams to gather, understand and document requirements and ensure solutions meet user needs.
• Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes.
• Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns on commodity and manufacturing market trends, pricing strategies, supplier selection and performance management.
• Independently executes complex demand and supply matching activities, connecting planning to execution and identifying issues and their impact.
• Leads cross-functional regional and global business unit planning teams to maintain and enhance current business processes.
• Defines and reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement actions.
• Contributes to priority projects with insights and recommendations.
• Projects manage sourcing and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration for successful delivery.
• Document processes and evidence for TL9K audits.
• Lead change management, communications, training, user adoption and readiness activities for sourcing transformations.
• Present information using data visualization techniques.
• Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges.
• Lead sourcing systems strategy, deployment, governance and integration across SAP, Ariba, Smart Contracts and supplier portals.
