ECHO INC. is seeking a Global Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Coordinator. The role supports MEAL system development, data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
Based in the United States, the coordinator collaborates with regional centers, mentors teams, and contributes to dashboards and storytelling of change. A bachelor’s degree and NGO MEAL experience are preferred.
ECHO is a global Christian agricultural networking, training, and resourcing organization. Our mission is to strengthen the capacity of a diverse global network to defeat hunger and improve lives through sustainable food and agroecosystem strategies. ECHO has a significant network of over 20,000 individuals and organizations built over 45 years working in more than 190 countries. These partners serve as the primary multiplier for ECHO tested options, strategies, and research.
At ECHO, you will join a global Christian network committed to defeating hunger and restoring hope through sustainable agriculture. Our team is mission-driven, collaborative, and deeply committed to equipping leaders around the world with practical tools that create lasting impact. If you are passionate about faith-integrated service and sustainable solutions, you will find meaningful purpose in this role.
The Global Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Coordinator is part of the Global MEAL team and contributes to ECHO’s development and roll-out of a Global MEAL system to foster the growth of a learning organization. The role helps ensure timely, accurate and useful program information is collected, analyzed and communicated through ECHO’s reporting processes, with reports reviewed and approved by the appropriate directors and executives. The role will contribute to the collection of quantitative data and qualitative stories to track progress on ECHO’s Strategic Framework Logframe indicators. This role requires a curious, proactive self-starter who gets excited about supporting our organization to move beyond a compliance attitude towards reporting on what happened, to always asking more questions on why and how change did or did not happen and what that means for strategic decision-making. This is a support role with room for initiative and independent work under the direction of the Global MEAL Lead; it does not carry decision-making authority.
This position has no direct reports.
Regional Impact Center staff, all MEAL staff and contributors.
Advancement, Communications, Global Support Services, Department Managers, and the directors and executives who review and approve reports.
