You will own end-to-end delivery, drive continuous improvement, and establish governance frameworks, balancing client success, operational excellence, and growth

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity leadership, with managed services or MSSP/MDR experience.
• Experience leading global or distributed cybersecurity teams and operations.
• Strong technical understanding across MDR, CTEM, cloud security, incident response.
• Proven ability to drive client-focused outcomes and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery and operational performance for global managed cybersecurity services.
• Lead continuous improvement for MDR, CTEM, and managed cloud security delivery.
• Establish governance, delivery standards, controls, and accountability for external client delivery.
• Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, client retention, and service portfolio expansion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution, and Product teams to develop differentiated offerings.
• Forecasting, capacity planning, renewals, and strategic growth initiatives.
