Apple, Inc. seeks an experienced Global Supply Manager to lead the materials strategy for Soft Goods. You will manage end-to-end sourcing, budgeting, and supplier relations to support ramp and mass production across iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Vision Pro, and accessories.

In this role, you will drive commercial negotiations, develop capacity and yield plans, and coordinate cross-functional reviews with Design, Quality, and Operations to deliver resilient material supply chains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of global supply chain management experience in product development, operations, or manufacturing.
• Experience defining and executing supply chain strategies and supplier onboarding.
• Strong bottom-up should-cost modeling, price negotiations, and managing NPI budgets.
• Proven ability to build capacity models and robust production plans.
• Leadership in resolving quality, yield, and supply continuity during ramp.
• Experience assembling readiness reviews and escalations to leadership.
• Experience monitoring post-launch demand and inventory risk.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute material supply chain and sourcing strategies for components and accessories across Apple product lines.
• Lead should-cost modeling and supplier negotiations to hit target costs while maintaining viability.
• Manage NPI budgets and structure CapEx, tooling, and amortization plans.
• Formulate data-driven supplier allocations balancing cost, capacity, risk, and quality.
• Oversee supplier onboarding, qualification, and new material development programs.
• Own end-to-end capacity planning and MP equipment coordination for ramp.
• Lead material issue resolution during ramp with Quality, Ops, and suppliers.
• Assemble readiness reviews and escalate to operations and product leadership.
