Job summary

VBeyond Corporation is seeking an experienced Materials/ODM Program Manager to oversee end-to-end relationship with ODM partners across server and infrastructure hardware programs. You will ensure material readiness, continuity, and production execution, coordinating with planning, procurement, and engineering.

The role focuses on CTB cycles, MRP alignment, and escalating gating components to meet global data center build schedules; strong cross-functional communication and executive reporting

Qualifications

• Experience establishing governance cadence with vendors or partners.
• Experience managing complex BOMs in high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong strategic planning and program management ability.
• Direct experience with ODM planning and procurement teams.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end relationship with ODM partners and ensure readiness and delivery across server and infrastructure hardware.
• Drive MRP alignment, CTB cycles, and material availability against build plans.
• Manage complex BOMs in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with ODM planning, procurement, logistics, and engineering to resolve constraints.
• Escalate gating components and communicate status to leadership.
• Navigate conflicts and maintain accountability with external partners.
