Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an ODM Material Manager in Austin, TX to manage end-to-end ODM relationships and ensure material readiness for global hardware programs. The role requires strong cross-functional coordination and proactive problem-solving in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ODM material management or related fields.
• Experience managing complex BOMs and working with ODM planning and procurement teams.
• Proven ability to navigate conflict, drive accountability, and communicate with external partners and leadership.
• Experience in hyperscale or large-scale ODM/EMS environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end relationships with ODM partners, ensuring material readiness and supply continuity for hardware programs.
• Drive MRP alignment, manage CTB (Commit-to-Build) cycles, and track material availability against build schedules.
• Escalate gating components and ensure on-time delivery to support global data center buildout schedules.
• Collaborate with ODM planning, procurement teams, logistics, and engineering to resolve material constraints and risks.
• Translate material risks into actionable recovery plans, managing complex BOMs in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
