InDepth Engineering Solutions, LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Technical Integration Manager to lead end-to-end material flow engineering from suppliers to the assembly line. You will drive automation, IT architecture, and lean layout design to achieve high-volume production targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ to 10+ years in high-volume manufacturing OEMs, logistics, or supply chain engineering with leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency with data-based development of end-to-end supply chain/processes; CAD for layout planning; data analysis tools; experience with MES/MRP/WMS

Responsibilities

• Lead Advanced Automation and AI Strategy initiatives to improve throughput and predict bottlenecks.
• Oversee Material Flow strategies, including sequencing, batching, storage optimization.
• Architect Data & Systems, ensuring data integrity for material tracking and inventory control; implement interfaces across production floor.
• Design Lean factory layouts and material flow plans; specify and integrate material handling assets.
• Manage cross-functional project teams, vendor relations, and ensure safety, quality, and throughput targets.
• Draft SOPs and work instructions; participate in Design for Logistics during concept phases.
