Job summary

Cordis is seeking a Manager of Master Scheduling to optimize production plans across multiple sites. You will partner with SIOP, Manufacturing, and Materials to translate supply plans into executable schedules that meet customer service goals while managing inventory and working capital.

You will lead, mentor, and govern scheduling practices, drive governance, and optimize planning efficiency across the Cordis network, aligning with strategic priorities and capacity availability.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in master scheduling or planning.
  • Experience with MPS, capacity planning, and ERP/MRP systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional planning initiatives.
  • Ability to influence decisions and balance priorities across functions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Master Scheduling across multiple manufacturing sites to meet service levels while balancing inventory and capital.
  • Collaborate with SIOP to translate supply plans into feasible master production schedules.
  • Owner of governance, standard work, and scheduling policies across the network.
  • Establish procedures to ensure consistent execution across sites and disciplines.
  • Balance schedules against capacity, labor, equipment, material constraints, and business priorities.
  • Identify risks, communicate impacts, and escalate issues affecting service or costs.
  • Coach and develop Master Schedulers to build planning capability.
  • Present performance, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
