Job summary

Makino Mason in Memphis, Tennessee seeks a Master Scheduling Coordinator to align machine inventory with production needs and ensure accurate availability data. You will support the master production schedule, communicate with global operations, and maintain data in SAP/BOIS systems.

The role requires 3–5 years in production planning, strong Excel/Office skills, and the ability to coordinate across global teams. On-site position with daily collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• BS degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in production planning and control in project-driven settings.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple global teams and systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Master Production Schedule development and maintenance for machine inventory and configuration.
• Maintain planning tools, reports and systems for inventory requirements and forecasted shipments.
• Coordinate monthly inventory forecasts, production schedules and machine availability.
• Track machine orders and communicate status to stakeholders; ensure data integrity in SAP/BOIS.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve scheduling risks and issues.
