Job summary

Accenture is seeking a delivery-focused MarTech leader to own end-to-end delivery across marketing automation, CDP, and analytics. You will manage global, multi-workstream programs and serve as the primary delivery contact for executives and stakeholders.

You will translate business objectives into delivery plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive governance, risk management, and cadence. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology consulting or program delivery with at least 4 years focused on marketing technology.
• 5+ years track record delivering large-scale MarTech implementations (marketing automation, CDPs, or CRM/data platforms).
• 5+ years of program and project management skills across multi-vendor, global teams.
• 5+ years of experience managing client relationships at senior levels — leading governance forums and executive updates.
• 1+ years of experience with AI applications in marketing (Native AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, Conversational AI).
• 5+ years of experience operating in agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of MarTech programs across marketing automation, CDP, campaign activation, and analytics — onshore and offshore.
• Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations, risks, and program governance.
• Translate client requirements and strategic intent into delivery plans, resource models, and sprint cadences.
• Partner with solution architects and functional leads to ensure builds match designs and address scope or timeline concerns.
• Manage workstream leads and cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
• Lead risk identification, issue resolution, and escalation management with RAID logs.
• Oversee environment management, release planning, UAT coordination, and go-live readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement by embedding delivery best practices and lessons learned.
• Contribute to account growth by identifying expansion opportunities and shaping delivery approaches for new pursuits.
