Job summary

Managed Staffing, Inc. is assisting a Buffalo-based client in finding a temporary accounting professional to support the monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting. This role ensures transactions are accurately recorded in line with U.S.

GAAP and company policy, with focus on Global Markets. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, possess strong Excel skills, and have CPA preferred or ERP experience (SAP/Oracle Hyperion).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Relevant general accounting experience is required.
• CPA is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle Hyperion, or other large ERP/financial reporting systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review international subsidiary financial activity and month end close submissions.
• Assist with trial balance reviews and account mapping.
• Support intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepare related financial analyses and reports.
