You'll receive mentorship and participate in development-focused activities designed to launch your career in finance.

The program emphasizes rotation between treasuries, agencies, corporate and municipal bonds, with ample networking opportunities and structured trainings led by senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree and entering the penultimate year (Dec 2027–Aug 2028).
• Available for an 8–10 week program starting June 2027.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, preferably Excel.
• Authorized to work in the US for any employer.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between fixed income product desks (US treasuries, agencies, corporate bonds, municipal bonds, securitized non‑agency products).
• Shadow senior revenue producing institutional salespeople and traders.
• Perform ad hoc data collection and research for new institutional clients.
• Receive Bloomberg Terminal training and visit Bloomberg HQ to enhance terminal skills.
• Conduct product analysis within fixed income and highlight trade ideas to the trading desk.
• Participate in company-wide events and networking with StoneX's global leaders.
