Job summary

StoneX Group Inc. offers an internship for ambitious students to gain hands-on experience within a global financial services firm. You will engage with futures, options and OTC products, work closely with staff, and develop practical skills in client service, analytics, and market understanding.

The program runs in June 2027 for 8–10 weeks, with mentorship, trainings, and exposure to senior leaders. Eligible candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree and will be authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with problem-solving ability.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking in a high-pressure environment.
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and openness to teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain satisfied clients by delivering assistance and support to the department staff on various projects.
• Develop current knowledge of futures, options and OTC products related to the department.
• Stay informed about new developments in the internship field.
• Maintain high level of customer service with internal and external clients.
• Handle client requests promptly with follow-up and escalation when needed.
• Collaborate proactively with team members.
• Maintain punctual attendance.
• Learn basic sales skills and how to present products to clients.
