Crédit Agricole CIB in New York is offering a 10-week Summer Intern Program within the Global Markets Division (GMD), spanning Sales, Trading, Debt Capital Markets, Securitization, and Structuring. Interns will be assigned to a desk and shadow across the division to gain practical market exposure from day one.

Responsibilities

• Intern responsibilities may include: Assisting senior originators with presentations and market updates
• Coordinating with coverage, legal, and sales teams to execute new bond transactions
• Supporting internal and external due diligence processes
• Maintaining internal databases and producing credit and comparable analysis
• Assisting with origination and structuring of ABS and private placement transactions
• Assisting with client materials and deal documentation
• Conducting market and asset-class research
• Supporting transaction structuring and execution across SET’s product suite
• Preparing client presentations and deal analyses
• Assisting with market monitoring and comparable transaction research
