The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) is seeking an Associate (or Senior Associate) to advance Women’s and New Born Health market-shaping work. You will drive rigorous analyses, demand forecasts, and strategic recommendations to secure reliable supply of essential commodities for LMICs.

Work includes data from tenders, shipments, and surveys to inform decisions. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of analytical experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of analytical or business experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentations to donors and senior staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and manage multiple workstreams.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage data analyses, frameworks, and market assessments.
• Profile manufacturers and assess supply for WNH commodities.
• Collaborate with CHAI teams and partners to evaluate market outlook and procurement trends.
• Evaluate cost drivers and inform access pricing strategies and supplier negotiations.
• Track product availability, regulatory status, and supplier performance across markets.
• Support design and execution of supply-side interventions to improve affordability and access.
• Synthesize data to develop strategies and communications for stakeholders.
• Present findings to donors, governments, suppliers, and partners.
• Maintain relationships with senior CHAI and partner stakeholders.
• Perform other responsibilities as needed by the team.
