Job summary

Adobe seeks a Global Strategic Sourcing - Marketing Manager to lead category strategy and savings across Marketing, creative and AI/martech initiatives. Based in Lehi, UT or San Jose, CA, you will partner with Marketing, Brand and Communications to optimize spend and supplier relationships.

You will negotiate complex agency and vendor contracts, influence senior leadership, and build scalable procurement templates and governance for AI tool procurement and data security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CPSM/MCIPS a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, with focus on Marketing categories.
• Proven ability to negotiate intricate agency and supplier contracts including MSAs, SOWs, and pricing arrangements linked to performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies for Marketing, production, events, media, PR, and related areas.
• Own savings delivery as a core metric, setting targets and reporting progress.
• Lead negotiations with agencies, media partners, sponsorship rights holders, and vendors; manage contract terms and risk.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Marketing leadership, embedding procurement early in planning cycles.
