Job summary

Onward Search is representing a leading financial services organization for a Senior Marketing Project Manager role. This temporary position oversees strategic marketing initiatives on a global scale, coordinating plans, stakeholders, and delivery timelines.

The candidate will drive process improvements, manage complex campaigns across social media, content, video, branding and digital channels, and ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Strong PM tools experience is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in marketing project management.
• Experience managing multiple complex global marketing initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of marketing deliverables such as social media, content, video, branding, and digital campaigns.
• Exceptional organizational skills with extreme attention to detail.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Adobe Workfront.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages detailed project plans, including schedules, stakeholder mapping, and communication strategies.
• Identifies opportunities for process efficiencies and facilitates cross-project synergies within the organization.
• Acts as the primary owner and authoritative source for project details, including stakeholders, statuses, and documentation.
• Coordinates all project meetings, reviews, and forums, ensuring agendas and recaps are clear and actionable.
• Tracks and drives project deliverables, proactively addressing risks and escalating issues as needed to senior management.
