Job summary

Zebra Technologies offers a Global Marketing Program Management internship in Lincolnshire, IL. The program provides hands-on experiences, mentorship, and exposure to cross-functional marketing teams in a two-year, full-time rotational track designed to build foundational skills for a marketing career.

You’ll engage in developing program briefs, coordinating with marketing leads, and learning program management tools while benefiting from a structured mentor relationship and social/professional

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or Liberal Arts.
• Anticipated graduation date between 2027 - 2029.
• Authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing teams in developing program briefs that define objectives, audiences, messaging, outcomes and success measures.
• Gather and organize information for new and existing programs with Marketing Program Leads to identify missing inputs.
• Select team members from stakeholder teams to set timelines with supervision.
• Demonstrates a basic understanding of business processes and activities impacted by supported plans.
• Gather status updates from the program team and consolidate status views across programs.
• Populate and maintain program information in designated tools for visibility into development and execution.
• Prepare materials and capture decisions during global/regional marketing sessions; follow up on actions.
• Capture lessons learned and support PMO in refining templates and resources.
