Job summary

Zebra Technologies Corporation in Lincolnshire, IL is offering a summer internship to expose students to the full spectrum of marketing program management. You will work with global and regional teams to draft program briefs, gather inputs, and help set timelines under supervision.

The program emphasizes hands-on experiences, mentoring, and social activities, with hybrid in-office three days per week and an internship allowance.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or Liberal Arts.
• Anticipated graduation date between 2027 - 2029.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing teams in developing program briefs that define business objectives, target audiences, messaging, intended outcomes and success measures.
• Gather and organize information for new and existing programs, working with Marketing Program Leads to identify missing inputs and clarify requirements.
• Work with management to select team members from key stakeholder teams across Marketing to set timelines with supervision/oversight.
• Demonstrates a basic understanding of business processes, scope and activities impacted by supported plans.
• Gathers status updates from the program team and interprets inputs to assemble a consolidated view of status across each program.
• Populate and maintain program information in designated tools to support visibility into program development and execution.
• Support working sessions with global and regional marketing teams by preparing materials, capturing decisions and following up on agreed actions.
