Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own the administration and optimization of our marketing technology stack. You will manage multiple operations projects, oversee external contractors, and partner across Marketing, Sales, IT, and Web to drive operational excellence.

This role blends strategic initiative work with hands-on execution, bringing structure and accountability to complex programs on a lean, high-impact team.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in marketing operations or related B2B marketing roles.
• Hands-on admin experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Experience coordinating external contractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Hexagon's marketing tech stack and integrations.
• Lead multiple marketing operations projects from kickoff to completion.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, IT, and Web teams globally.
• Manage contractor access, licenses, and vendor relationships.
• Document SOPs and governance for platform usage across regions.
