Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager, Operational Design to modernize global marketing campaigns. You will own the end-to-end campaign operations lifecycle—from request intake to production and launch—driving a fast, scalable execution engine that leverages workflow automation and AI.

You will collaborate with Campaign Ops, Journey Orchestration, and regional leaders across Americas, EMEA, and APJ.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing end-to-end operational workflows for marketing.
• Experience building scalable campaign execution processes across regions.
• Ability to apply automation/AI to reduce manual effort and accelerate delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end campaign operations lifecycle from intake to launch.
• Design automated intake workflows and governance for templates and tools.
• Lead enablement and training to expand marketer self-service capabilities.
• Measure campaign performance and build a roadmap integrating AI/automation.
• Work primarily from the Santa Clara office in line with policy.
