Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with digital and traditional channel expertise, including proven pipeline and revenue impact.
• Experience marketing technical or engineered products to B2B buyers in industrial, scientific, or defense markets.
• International team leadership experience, including direct or indirect reports.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop unified and brand-specific marketing strategies that support objectives and growth.
• Product & Application Marketing: Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches and develop campaigns.
• Digital Marketing, Content & Demand Generation: Create campaigns across SEO, SEM, social, email, web, and multimedia.
• Brand Architecture: Maintain brand identity and guidelines for Phantom and Forza Silicon.
• Sales Enablement & Installed Base Growth: Develop tools and campaigns to support upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and retention.
• Budget & Team Management: Manage marketing budget and oversee an international team and partners.
