Job summary

Sembi seeks a VP of Marketing based in Houston to unify and scale our marketing engine across seven AI-powered products, driving pipeline, brand leadership, and market expansion.

You will lead global brand, demand generation, product marketing, content, partner marketing, events, digital marketing, and communications, shaping strategy that accelerates ARR and differentiates us in AI software quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with leadership experience.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Product, Eng, and RevOps.
• Proven track record hiring and leading marketing teams.
• Deep expertise in demand gen, content marketing, ABM, enterprise GTM.
• Strong attribution, pipeline management, and revenue ops knowledge.
• Experience in developer tools, DevOps, software testing, cybersecurity is a plus.
• Familiarity with multi-product or platform businesses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop marketing across demand gen, product marketing, content, partner marketing, events, digital marketing, and communications.
• Build scalable processes, operating rhythms, and performance management frameworks.
• Leverage AI technologies to improve marketing effectiveness, personalization, content creation, and efficiency.
• Launch Sembi IQ brand and AI SDLC positioning to shape industry dialogue.
• Position Sembi as a leading voice in AI-powered software quality and governance.
• Develop portfolio positioning and messaging; drive ARR growth and market leadership.
• Drive content programs to support awareness, SEO, executive engagement, and conversion.
• Own market segmentation, ICP, buyer personas, messaging, and value proposition.
• Lead product launches and pricing/packaging input with Product and Sales.
