Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of marketing or product marketing experience in medical devices or healthcare.
• Experience developing positioning and leading launches with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing digital marketing agencies or contractors with hands-on oversight.
• Strong writing skills and ability to translate technical product stories for surgeons and buyers.

Responsabilités

• Build and execute the global marketing plan across the U.S., Europe, and international markets.
• Develop and maintain AEON positioning and the core value story across sales materials, website, and campaigns.
• Gather voice of customer insights from surgeons, OR staff, and hospital stakeholders; track competitor messaging.
• Coordinate global product launches, ensuring regulatory, quality, supply chain, training, and sales readiness in each market.
• Develop the global marketing toolkit (value story, clinical evidence summaries, launch kits, training content).
• Own digital marketing via agencies and freelancers: website, SEO, LinkedIn, and paid campaigns with budget discipline.
• Plan Lexington's presence at surgical conferences and trade shows; lead special marketing projects for leadership.
