Responsibilities

Job description

Global Marketing Enablement Intern will support the team responsible for helping marketers across Otis work more consistently, efficiently, and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and updating reusable marketing playbooks, templates, checklists, guides, and toolkits for use across regions.
  • Support Marketing Academy and onboarding content, including learning pathways, facilitator materials, job aids, and practical case studies.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, office hours, and communities of practice, including agendas, materials, attendance, feedback, and follow‑up.
  • Maintain the global marketing enablement and brand knowledge hub, improving taxonomy, version control, asset quality, and ease of access.
  • Help document global go‑to‑market methodologies, roles and decision rights, process handoffs, and examples of best practice.
  • Gather feedback and capability needs from Global and Regional Marketing teams through surveys, interviews, and working sessions, then synthesize improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor enablement adoption and effectiveness through metrics such as asset usage, training participation, learner feedback, reuse, and reported productivity benefits.
  • Support enablement communications and change management through newsletters, intranet updates, launch notes, presentations, and stakeholder briefings.
  • Explore approved AI and collaboration tools that can improve knowledge discovery, content workflows, and team productivity, and document responsible‑use guidance.
  • Support project plans, governance calendars, action tracking, and collaboration with Regional Marketing, Marketing Operations, Brand, HR, Digital Technology, and subject‑matter experts.
Education

Currently pursuing a bachelor's in marketing, business, communications, organizational development, learning design, project management, or a related field.

Qualifications

Learning Opportunities

Understand how a global marketing function builds common capabilities, standards, and scalable ways of working while regions adapt and activate locally.

Gain hands‑on experience in learning design, facilitation, knowledge management, communications, and change adoption.

Work with Global and Regional Marketing leaders and cross‑functional partners on real capability‑building priorities.

Develop transferable skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, analytics, storytelling, and responsible AI‑enabled productivity.

Expected Deliverables
  • Complete a scoped capstone project that develops or refreshes a priority enablement toolkit or playbook for regional use.
  • Design and support delivery of a Marketing Academy module or workshop, including learner materials, facilitator guidance, and evaluation.
  • Establish or improve a section of the marketing knowledge hub, with clear taxonomy, ownership, and version‑control recommendations.
  • Create an adoption and feedback dashboard or reporting pack, with practical recommendations for continuous improvement.
Compensation

The hourly range for this role is $20/hr to $23/hr. We may pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
