Job summary

Fossil Group seeks an Interim Marketing Director for a 6-month contract to lead the strategic direction of all marketing activities for the Fossil brand in NAM. This onsite/remote hybrid role anchors global-to-regional GTM and marketing execution across media, social, influencer, retail, and wholesale channels.

You will manage a 15-person team, oversee budgets, partner with E-commerce and Creative teams, and drive ROI through data-driven campaigns during peak Holiday periods and beyond.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally in retail.
• Strong expertise in Paid Media with hands-on management during peak periods.
• Deep understanding of integrated marketing across channels.
• Ability to lead marketing strategies across multiple markets.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making and KPI tracking.
• Experience managing large marketing budgets with ROI focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop global marketing strategy with clear goals and GTM plans.
• Lead NAM and global GTM plans for multiple regions.
• Oversee Media, Social, Influencer, Trade, Retail, and Wholesale marketing.
• Ensure performance analysis and mitigation for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, and Creative teams.
• Manage and optimize campaigns with KPIs, especially during holidays.
• Lead agency relationships and manage a team of 15.
