Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar IVD industry role; genetics/biochemistry preferred.
• Proven ability to develop, execute, and measure demand-generation programs.
• Strong written, graphical, and oral communication; content development skills.
• Networking with PR and media contacts is advantageous.
• High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing a results-driven multi-platform communications strategy aligned with brand direction.
• Creating and managing marketing materials and collateral per brand guidelines.
• Implementing online marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, and demand generation.
• Tracking campaign effectiveness and adjusting as needed.
• Collaborating with Procurement to manage communications spend and coordinate vendors.
• Leading planning and execution of PR initiatives for the brand.
• Assisting branding strategy development aligned with business goals.
