Qualifications

• 6+ years of directly related experience.
• 3+ years of supervisor/ management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develops enterprise-wide communication strategies aligned with the organization's mission, marketing objectives, and membership goals.
• Leads strategic planning efforts, sets performance metrics (KPIs), monitors outcomes, and recommends optimizations.
• Oversees editorial calendar development and enterprise-wide communication plans for members, providers, brokers, delegates, employees, and external audiences.
• External Communication and Brand Management: Oversee external messaging to ensure alignment with brand standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Manages communications with vendors, delegates, and partners to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Maintains brand integrity across all communication and promotional initiatives.
• Internal Communication and Engagement: Develops internal communication strategies that support employee engagement and reinforce brand values.
• Manages enterprise-wide internal campaigns, messaging, and leadership communications such as town halls and engagement initiatives.
• Content Development and Messaging: Creates and manages messaging tailored to multiple audiences across traditional, digital, and social channels.
• Applies innovative thinking to develop tiered, audience-focused communication plans.
