Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public relations, journalism, or communications required.
• 6+ years of directly related experience required.
• 3+ years of supervisor/management experience required.
• Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes enterprise-wide communication strategies aligned with the organization's mission, marketing objectives, and membership goals.
• Leads strategic planning, sets KPIs, monitors outcomes, and recommends optimizations.
• Oversees editorial calendar and enterprise-wide communication plans for members, providers, brokers, delegates, employees, and external audiences.
• Manages external messaging to align with brand standards and regulatory guidelines; oversees vendors and partners to ensure consistency.
• Develops internal communication strategies to support employee engagement and reinforce brand values; manages enterprise campaigns and leadership communications.
• Creates and manages messaging across traditional, digital, and social channels with audience-focused plans.
• Leads communication workstreams, ensuring quality deliverables and accountability.
• Monitors project budgets, contractor hours, and resource allocation; supports RFP responses and reporting.
