Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing automation/CRM/digital marketing operations.
• Strong hands-on HubSpot experience (required).
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Experience designing automated workflows for lead nurturing.
• Experience with omnichannel marketing campaigns and digital engagement strategies.
• Strong analytical and performance-optimization skills.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate global marketing strategies into HubSpot workflows and nurturing programs.
• Build customer journeys, lifecycle stages and lead-scoring models in HubSpot.
• Support global automation frameworks across cross-regional teams.
• Manage and optimize HubSpot workflows and Salesforce integration.
• Ensure data quality and segmentation integrity across automation processes.
• Lead scoring model refinement to improve funnel progression and handoffs.
• Monitor, test and optimize automation performance across journeys.
• Execute NA campaigns and digital events, adapting segmentation for local markets.
