Job summary

Sanofi seeks a Global Market Access & Pricing Lead, Early Neurology, to shape pricing and access for the Alzheimer's portfolio from inception. The role collaborates across Global Development, Medical, Commercial, and Health Economics to optimize payer strategies.

The position requires a strong track record in pricing and access within neurology or related areas, and a deep understanding of US payer systems. Hybrid work with travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences, business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience with pricing and market access.
• Experience across payer archetypes in key markets, with deep US knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead value assessment for ALZ/neurodegenerative assets and set price/access assumptions.
• Develop payer value propositions and early market access plans with differentiation.
• Contribute to Clinical Development Plans and Integrated Evidence Generation Plans for payer needs.
• Shape the ALZ ecosystem with Public Affairs and partners to enable sustainable access at launch.
• Contribute to Early Neurology Global Market Access Sub-Team for payer/market insights.
• Serve on Global Project Teams and Commercial platforms shaping asset strategy.
• Provide payer insights via market research, advisory boards, and early scientific advice.
