Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a Senior Director, Market Access to lead global pricing, access strategy, and novel contracting for gene therapies. You will align cross-asset pricing, develop durability-linked models, and influence payer policy worldwide.

The role drives the strategic narrative for value dossiers, coordinates with LV&A and IVA, and interfaces with stakeholders to achieve market access success for Lilly’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of market access, pricing, or payer strategy in biopharma with global or multi-country ownership.
• Knowledge of payer, HTA, and reimbursement systems in major markets (US, EU, UK, etc.).
• Experience building pricing/contracting frameworks from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Set a global pricing, access, and contracting frame across assets.
• Lead pilots for durability-linked and outcomes-based contracts.
• Shape the value narrative for dossiers and HTA submissions.
• Represent LRM in external policy forums and payer discussions.
• Ensure cross-asset pricing consistency and efficient collaboration.
