Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Market Access Senior Manager/Associate Director to lead development and execution of market access strategies across the International region. This role coordinates with regional and country leaders to secure favorable reimbursement and sustainable growth.

You will drive pricing analyses, address value and affordability, and support market entry plans with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, medical affairs, regulatory, and finance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, strong written and verbal communication.
• Business development oriented with ability to build financial justifications.
• Knowledge of payer and reimbursement systems and compliance.
• Knowledge of policy development and implementation.
• Knowledge of health economics outcomes research (HEOR).
• Ability to interact with stakeholders and decision makers.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines.
• Experience with HEOR tools and real-world evidence.
