• Data-based strategy and analytical mindset for market trends and GTN assumptions.
• Deep understanding of the U.S. Market Access environment including payer systems and value drivers.
• Experience leading diverse cross-functional teams (Medical, NP&BD, RWE, Clinical, V&E).
• Ability to work independently with a collaborative leadership style; 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a key member of the U.S. Integrated Strategy Team and collaborate with Global teams for assigned TA to shape pipeline compound strategy and inform stage-gate decisions.
• Generate insights to shape evidence strategy for the compound.
• Assess and advise on clinical, economic, and humanistic evidence strategy to shape early value proposition and commercial plans from an Access perspective.
• Model pricing and contracting to inform business planning and forecasts.
• Advise on Business Development opportunities from an Access perspective as they arise.
• Support transition to Commercial Launch teams ~18-24 months pre-launch.
• Share expertise with NP&BD peers in equivalent Access roles to optimize processes.
